This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with the information lodged by the informant and the present anticipatory bail application has been filed. 3.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that at the time of filing of the present case no F.I.R. has been lodged. 4.
Considering the facts and accepting the allegations under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, this Court is of the opinion that if any case has been registered on the information of the informant, the procedure under section 41-A of Cr.P.C. is to be followed.

In such view of the matter, the ABLAPL is not maintainable and accordingly the same is dismissed.
