This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The present writ application has been filed by the Petitioners challenging the action of the Opposite Parties in not disbursing the revised remuneration & TA and DA of the Petitioners in terms of the Government guidelines.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that ventilating their grievance, the Petitioners have filed a detailed representation before the Sub-Collector, Kuchinda, Opposite Party No.4 under Annexure-7 on 21.05.2021. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the said representation is pending without consideration as of now. He also submits that a direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioners within a stipulated period of time. 5.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on the other hand

// 2 // submits that he has no objection if the representation of the Petitioners is considered by the Opposite Party No.4, which is stated to be pending, within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, the writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Party no.4 to consider the representation of the Petitioners under Annexure-7 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.4 shall do well to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner taking into consideration Annexures5 & 6 by passing a speaking and reasoned order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioners, shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
