Considering the averments made in this petition, this Court directs, if the R.P. Case No.795 of 2017 & R.P. Case No.796 of 2017 are matured enough to be disposed of finally and if the Petitioner files an application before the Opposite Party No.2 for early disposal of the R.P. Case No.795 of 2017 & R.P. Case No.796 of 2017, the same shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed in the matter of expeditious disposal of the R.P. Case No.795 of 2017 & R.P. Case No.796 of 2017 immediately thereafter. 3.
Further considering the allegation of the learned State Counsel that there is no service of copy of the writ petition on the learned State Counsel, this Court directs, the above order shall be worked-out subject to the Petitioner's filing a copy of this order along with receipt showing service of copy of the brief on the learned State Counsel, before the Opposite Party No.2.
