This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this CMP prays for a direction for early disposal of Civil Suit No.2306 of 2018 pending before learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), L.R., Bhubaneswar. 3.

On perusal of the order sheet of Civil Suit No.2306 of 2018, it appears that the petitions under Order VI Rule 17 C.P.C. and Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. respectively are pending for consideration. Thus, the matter is not ready for hearing. As such, no direction for early disposal of the suit can be issued at this stage. It is, however, observed that learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), L.R., Bhubaneswar may take steps for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid petitions. The Petitioner, if so advised, may file an application for early disposal of Civil Suit No. 2306 of 2018 stating the grounds therein after the matter becomes ready for hearing and in that event, learned trial court shall do well to consider such petition for early disposal of the suit and proceed with the matter accordingly.
