Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R.Case No. 802 of 2022 arising out of Baidyanathpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2022 on the file of learned SDJM, Berhampur, for the alleged commission of offence under Sections.294/387/341/506/34 of the I.P.C., Sections 27 & 28 of the Arms Act and Sections 4 & 5 of the E.S. Act.

This Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application at this stage. The BLAPL stands rejected.

It shall be open to the petitioner to move the Sessions Judge after filing of the Charge Sheet.
