Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a request for issuing necessary direction for early disposal of the Mutation Case No.14692 of 2020.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event service of notice on the Opposite Parties in Mutation Case No.14692 of 2020 is already made sufficient and the Mutation Case No.14692 of 2020 is already admitted, necessary steps shall be undertaken for disposal of the Mutation Case No.14692 of 2020 within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.
