1. Learned counsel for the Appellants submits that there is an error, apparent on the face of the record inasmuch as the learned Single Judge has in the impugned order noted that the property involved in the case is recorded in the name of Lord Jagannath Mahaprabhu whereas according to the Appellants it is not so.

2. In view of the above contention, learned counsel for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge in accordance with law.

3. The writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
