Learned State counsel submits that notice on the victim/informant has been served on 23.08.2022. There is however, no appearance from her side. Hence the bail application is taken up for hearing. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to renew his prayer to move the court below. 5.
