1. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"direct the opposite parties to grant pension to the petitioner with effect from 1.03.2010 as per judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court of India in case of Prem Singh and others in Civil Appeal No.6798 of 2019 dated 2.09.2019 as well as order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.C (OAC) No.3494 of 2013 dated 14.07.2021 under Annexure-4 and order dated 27.07.2021 passed under Annexure-5 and after hearing the parties by pleased to direct the opp. parties to release pension in favour of the petitioner with effect from 1.03.2010 by counting his entire period of service under Work Charged Embellishment from 3.10.1972 to 28.02.2010 as have already been extended to 19 similarly placed persons vide order dated 24.08.2021 passed by the Opp.party no.1 and release all arrears, within a date to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

Considering the nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh

// 2 // representation before Opp. party No.1 within a period of three weeks days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
