This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No.455 of 2021 arising out of Soro P.S. Case No. 220 of 2021 on the file of learned JMFC, Soro registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/395/397 of the I.P.C. and Sec. 25/27 of the Arms Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Balasore, by order dated 21.06.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Taking into account the released of co-accused by this Court dated 14.02.2022 in BLAPL No. 7031 of 2021, the petitioner prima face is similarly circumstanced and also taking into account the filing of the Charge Sheet on 9.7.2022, this Court directs the petitioner shall

be released on bail. The terms to be fixed by the learned court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every week till conclusion of the trial 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
