This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offences punishable under Sections 143/341/304/147/149, I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the Petitioners. However, it is observed that, in the event the Petitioners surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.4521 of 2015 corresponding to Saheed Nagar P.S. Case No.543 of 2015 within a period of three weeks from today, the Petitioners shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Magistrate may deem just and proper, subject to further conditions that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned trial

// 2 // court on each and every date fixed, failing which this bail order shall stand revoked and the learned Magistrate may take coercive steps against the Petitioner in accordance with law. 5.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
