Since on instruction, Mr. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that in connection with the complaint dated 02.04.2022 under Annexure-1, Nischintakoili P.S. Case No.0086 of 2022 has already been registered for commission of offences under Sections 294/341/323/506 of I.P.C. and the investigation is going on, Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
