1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 31st March, 2022 in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.77/2022 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.37/2022 pending in the court of learned Addl. District Judge-cum-Special Jduge, Nayagarh for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 376(3)/376(2)(n)/341/294/323/342/506/34 of the I.P. C. read

// 2 // with Sections 4/8/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act read with Section 3(2)(v)/3(2)(va)/3(1)(r)(s) of SC and ST (P.A.) Act.

Considering the submissions and the fact that charge sheet has been submitted against the Petitioners for lesser offences namely, U/s.341/294/323/342/506/448/354/34 of I.P.C. and Section 3 of the SC and ST Act and Section 12 of the POCSO Act as also taking into account the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
