This is an application for finality of the R.P. Case No.813 of 2016. From the disclosures at page 49 of the brief it appears, the matter was posted to 16.07.2019 for hearing and admission. It is submitted that these information has been provided to the Petitioner on 17.05.2022 on his application under the provision of the R.T.I. Act, 2005. Petitioner also alleges that there is vacancy in the positioning for the undertaking such exercise. Today in disposal of another matter vide W.P.(C) No.15931 of 2022 this Court has already directed the Principal Secretary of the concerned Department to look into such aspect and find-out the remedy for early disposal of the matters. It is further directed that in the event there is long vacancy in the positioning in the particular Office and in the event the Petitioner files application before the competent authority for at least transfer of the matter to any other competent authority, such application may be considered by the competent authority and

// 2 // necessary steps shall be taken forthwith for early disposal of the matter involved therein.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 3.

Free copy of this order be handed over to the learned State Counsel for necessary communication and taking effective steps to avoid such contingency.
