This is an application for restoration of CRLREV No.58 of 2015, which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 20th June 2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

As the ground stated in the petition is not convincing, the prayer for restoration of CRLREV No.58 of 2015 is rejected.

Accordingly, the CRLMA stands dismissed.
