2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "(i) Direct the Opp. parties to give promotion to the petitioner in the Cadre of ORS (GroupB) for the Recruitment Year: 2020 in the existing vacant post taking into the account the recommendation vide taking into account Annexure-2 being an eligible and meritorious candidate, having outstanding CCRs in view of promotion of his Junior Sri Soumendra Bhatta and others;"

The Petitioner has moved before Opposite Party No.1 seeking redressal of his grievances as made in the representation under Annexure-7 to the Writ Petition.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, taking into account Annexure-2, within a period of three

// 2 // months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.
