2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- " to direct the opposite parties to consider the recommendations and representation dtd.27.5.2022 under Annexure-13 series and to take decision for counting of the entire period of services rendered by the petitioner w.e.f 01.12.1987 as Junior Clerk and accordingly extend the same and grant retiral benefits including pension and gratuity at par with similarly situated persons like him, who were initially appointed under the BSDP, Chandragiri and absorbed under Directorate of Textiles, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and got the retiral benefits on attaining the age of superannuation within a stipulated period.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the representation of the petitioner forwarded vide Annexure-13 series.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of

// 2 // the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and communicate the result thereof to the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the Writ Petition is disposed of.
