Hearing the submissions made by the parties, this Court finds, there are involvement of multifarious issues, for which a writ petition at this stage is not entertainable. However, considering that a representation at the instance of the villagers is pending before the Tahasildar, Baranga, which appears to have been received by the Office of the Tahasildar on 27.05.2022, this Court directs, in the event any such application at the instance of the villagers is still pending before the Tahasildar, Baranga, the same shall be disposed of by passing a lawful order on the same, but involving the villagers, within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners. 2.
