This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the Parties.

In para-6 of the order dated 20.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.7869 of 2022, the words "C.T. Case" be corrected and substituted by the words "Special Case".

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is allowed to make necessary correction in the ABLAPL application in court today, so far as the name of the case is concerned.

5.

Three weeks' further time is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 20.07.2022, other terms and conditions in the said order remaining the same.

Order dated 20.07.2022 is modified to the above extent only, and both the I.As. are disposed of accordingly. 7.
