This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. L. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays to dispose of the bail application with liberty to the Petitioner to renew his payer for bail after examination of the victim. 3.

In view of the limited prayer advanced on behalf of the Petitioner, this court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application with liberty to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim and further requests the learned trial Court to proceed with the trial of the case as expeditiously as possible by examining the victim at the earliest by taking sincere efforts.

Hence, the BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
