01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "

Therefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously be pleased to consider the facts stated in the Petition, admit this writ application, issue rule NISI calling upon the Opp. Parties to show cause as to why the Opposite Parties shall not carry out the order dtd.27.10.2014 passed by Hon'ble State Administrative tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 567 of 2014.

And If the opposite parties fail to show insufficient cause, the said RULE be made absolute by directing them to carry out Annexure 1 and release the benefits in favour of the legal heir of the said Gajendra Patra. And pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper for the interest of justice.

// 2 // And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that through highlighting her grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 16.03.2022 at Annexure-6 to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.1, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner.
