Heard the Petitioner No.1 in person and Mr. Panda, learned counsel for Opposite Party.

This is an application for recall of the order dated 11th April, 2022 by which this Court while dismissing the application in I.A. 345 of 2019 for condonation of delay also dismissed the RPFAM.

On perusal of the order dated 11th April, 2022, it appears that this Court taking iot consideration the material available on record has passed the order on merit. Hence, this I.A. merits no consideration.

Accordingly, the I.A. being not maintainable stands dismissed.
