1. For the reasons stated therein, the I.A. is disposed of. The order dated 29th September, 2022 dismissing contempt Case No.1837 of 2017 is recalled and CONTC No.1837 of 2017 is restored to file. CONTC No.1837 of 2017

2. In view of the dismissal of review petition filed by Union of India being RVWPET No.234 of 2017, the order under review i.e. the order dated 14th September, 2017 in O.J.C. No.10101 of 1999 shall be implemented within a period of three months hence.

3. The CONTC is disposed of.
