1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. The petitioner, in this Writ Petition, challenges the action of the opposite party No.2-Director, Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in not disposing of the Appeal No.1 of 2021 filed by him on 03.05.2021 with a further prayer to release his arrear salary.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved by the order of termination dated 09.04.2021 passed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), KISS, Bhubaneswar, the petitioner has filed Appeal No.1 of 2021 before the opposite party No.2-Director, Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar on
// 2 // 03.05.2021 under Annexure-7. But, no action has been taken on the same.
5. In such view of the matter, the opposite party No.2Director, Higher Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to decide the appeal under Annexure-7 filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition without fail.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
