Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner limits his prayer and makes a request for issuing direction for admission of Revision Petition pending since 2019.

This Court finds strange in the progress in the R.P. Case filed in 2019 and permits the Petitioner to file a Memo for admission of the matter within a week. In such event, the Authority concerned shall do well in taking up the matter for admission within a further period of one week.
