None appears to move the bail application. In compliance to the order passed by this Court on 13.09.2022, the learned S.D.J.M., Cuttack has submitted the report indicating therein disposal of the G.R. Case No.1294 of 2021 out of which the present bail application arises. Therefore, the present bail application has become infructuous.
