Heard Mr. S. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.
According to Mr. Swain, the petitioner is aggrieved by the tardy manner in which investigation is going on in connection with Belpada P.S. Case No.37 dated 04.03.2022 registered for commission of offences under Sections 294/341/354/379/149 of I.P.C.

During course of hearing, Mr. Swain submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Bolangir (opposite party No.3) for redressal of his grievances by filing a grievance petition and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a grievance petition before opposite party No.3 through registered post within a period of
// 2 // two weeks from today. In the event, such a petition is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.3 is directed to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such grievance petition and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
