This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual 01.

/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner alleging that the direction of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal issue din O.A. No.1565 of 2018 has not been worked out as of now. 4.

Considering the submissions made, this Court observes, instead of issuing notice, it would be appropriate to give one more opportunity to the opposite party-authorities to comply the direction of the Tribunal in O.A. No1565 of 2018. In the process, while disposing of this writ petition, this Court directs the Opposite Partyauthorities to work out the direction issued by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1565 of 2018 by taking all effective steps within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioenr, if

// 2 // there is no legal impediment, inasmuch as stay order operating involving the order passed in O.A. No.1565 of 2018. Failing which, it will be construed to be deliberate violation of the Court's order and a suo motu contempt proceeding will be initiated against the opposite parties-authorities.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
