The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Opposite Parties to dispose of the representations dated 14th June, 2018, 26th June, 2018 and 9th August, 2018 under Annexures-3, 4 and 5 respectively for release of his arrear dues. 3.

Since the Petitioner has a remedy under the Orissa Cooperative Societies Act, 1962, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. 4.

The Petitioner, if so advised, may approach the appropriate authority for redressal of his grievances in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
