2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in paragraph-6 of the order dated 13th October, 2022 instead of mentioning the word "disposed of", "rejected" has been inadvertently mentioned.

4. In view of the submissions as above, the prayer made in the application is allowed. It is directed that in paragraph-6 of order dated 13th October, passed in BLAPL No.6122/2022 the word "rejected" be deleted and in its place "disposed of" be substituted.

5. Office is directed to carry out the correction.

6. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
