This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since the Petitioner claims for differential royalty amount of Rs.29,59,567/- towards shortage quantity of Limestone for the period from 02/2002 to 06/2005 in respect of Dungri Limestone Mines, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, it is open to the Petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement or lease deed executed between the parties.

With this aforesaid liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
