1. This is an application under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. for bail and the offences alleged are under Secs.147/148/294/323/326/307/302/ 436/149, I.P.C. relating to death of two persons and injury to others.
2. Heard Mr. B.C. Ghadei, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as Mrs. S. Pattanaik, learned A.G.A. for the State-Opposite Party.
3. Having heard both the parties and considering the statements of witnesses deposed in their evidence as filed under Annexure-3 series, I am not inclined to release the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
4. The BLAPL is dismissed.
5. However, as prayed by learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned trial court is directed to take expeditious steps for early completion of the trial.
