Heard Mr. B.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
2.
According to Mr. B.K. Mohanty, the grievance of the petitioners in the present case pertains to settlement of lands in their favour under the provisions of the Odisha Estate Abolition Act, 1951 and Rules made thereunder. Mr. D.K. Mohanty submits that for redressal of such type of grievances, the petitioner should have approached the Tahasildar, Kujang (opposite party No.3) instead of rushing to this Court.
4.
In such background, Mr. B.K. Mohanty wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners.
