1.The Petitioners application (Annexure-4) shall be examined by the Sub-Collector, Athagarh (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioners as well as Opposite Parties 5 to 7 and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022. A copy of the Annexure-4 along with a downloaded copy of this order will be produced by the Petitioners before the Sub-Collector, Athagarh not later than 4th April, 2022 for compliance. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
