This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. case No.726 of 2021 arising out of Chauliaganj P.S. Case No.202 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(City), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/34, I.P.C. 5.

It is submitted learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 6.

Considering the submissions and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.
