Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering Annexure-2 is pending consideration by the Collector, Nuapada, O.P.1, O.P.1 is directed to take decision on the representation of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2 at the instance of the Petitioner within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order. Considering that the Petitioner was the previous auction purchaser, this Court further observes, in the event there is no auction of the Dumerjore M.I.P. Pond in the meantime, there will be no auction till a decision is taken by O.P.1. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
