In this writ petition, the Union of India and its functionaries being the petitioners have challenged the order dated 09.11.2020 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.771 of 2019.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No.19614 of 2021 (Union of India and others v. Harihar Senapati), which has been dismissed vide order dated 23.07.2021 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 23.07.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19614 of 2021 (Union of India and others v. Harihar Senapati), this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
