Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the OLR Case No.166/14-15 pending since long, this Court observes, in the event the Petitioner files an application for expeditious disposal of the OLR Case No. 166/14-15 before the Competent Authority at least within a period of ten days, the Competent Authority shall do well in examining the urgency shown and passing order for expeditious disposal of the OLR proceeding involved herein but however involving all the Parties.
