This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"It is therefore prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties, calling them upon to show cause as to why, A.
their action for disconnecting the Power Supply to the Petitioner's unit shall not be declared as illegal; B.
they shall not be directed to reconnect the Power Supply to the Petitioner's unit forthwith;
And in the event, the Opp. Party fails to show cause or show insufficient case, A.
their action for disconnecting the Power Supply to the Petitioner's unit be declared as illegal; B.
they be directed to reconnect the Power Supply to the Petitioner's unit forthwith;
And further be pleased to pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as deem fit and proper; And for this act of kindness, the Petitioner shall in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Maharana, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition submitting that the Petitioner will pursue his remedy in accordance with law.

Mr. Dash, learned counsel for TPNODL submits that he does not have any objection to the same.

In view of the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The interim order dated 11th July, 2022 passed by this Court stands vacated.
