This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State as well as learned Counsel for the Informant.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner Nos.1 & 2, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner Nos.1 & 2 surrender before the Court in seisin of the in connection with Balipatna P.S. Case No.134 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.468 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C. (O), Bhubaneswar and move for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law.

In so far as the Petitioner Nos.3 & 4 are concerned, it is, however, directed that in the event Petitioner Nos. 3 & 4 surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in the aforesaid case within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. Interim order passed on 22.07.2021 does no more survive in respect of Petitioner Nos.1 & 2.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
