Heard Mr. A.K. Panigrahi, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional standing Counsel and Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel representing Opposite Party No.2 2.

During course of hearing Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to delete Opposite Party No.2 from the Cause List and accordingly files a memo in Court today to delete the name of Opposite Party No.2 from this application.

Considering such submission, Office is directed to delete the Opposite Party No.2 from the cause title. 4.

Mr. Panigrahi submits that the sole prayer of the petitioner in this petition is to give a direction to the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher to conclude the trial in connection with 1.C.C. case No. 74 of 2017 within a specific time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer, the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher is directed to make all endeavor to conclude the trial in the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment. 6.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
