During course of hearing a statement is made by Mr. Gautam Mishra, learned Senior Advocate that the dispute involved herein is subjudiced before the Hon'ble apex Court. However, considering the request made by Mr. Gopinath, Mishra, learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy.
