1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners who all belong to the village Santhapur will be satisfied if the agreement dated 13th July 2017 entered into between the villagers of villages Kabera and Madhapur on the one hand and Santhapur on the other is implemented. The said agreement has been enclosed as Annexure-C/4 to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Opposite Party Nos.1 to 4. It was entered into in the presence of the IIC, Gondia and the Engineers of R and D Department.
2. In that view of the matter, a direction is issued that the terms agreed between the parties as specified in the agreement dated 13th July 2017 be given effect to by the local administration with the least possible inconvenience and in the earliest possible timeframe.
3. No further directions are called for. The writ petition is disposed of.
