01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. Dhar, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Das, learned counsel for the State.

3. It is submitted that pursuant to the order dtd.09.06.2022 passed by the Sub-Collector -cum- Special L.A.O., Ong Dam Project, Padampur under Annexure-8 though the Petitioners were relieved with a direction to join in their parent office i.e. Office of Executive Engineer, Ong Dam Project, Padampur. It is submitted that the said O.P. No. 4 is not allowing the Petitioners to join.

4. Considering such innocuous nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court directs the Petitioners to submit their joining before the said O.P. No. 4 within a period of seven (7) days from today. O.P. No. 4 is directed to allow the Petitioners to join in the said Office, if there is no legal impediment.
