This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioners are accused in connection with G.R. Case No.1330 of 2018 (G.R. Case No. 46 of 2022) arising out of Patkura P.S. Case No. 217 of 2018, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Kendrapara for the alleged commission of offence under Sections498(A)/304(B)/376(2)(n)/306/109/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section-17 of the POCSO Act, U/s. 10 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act and U/s. 84/87 of Juvenile Justice (care and protection of Children) Act.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-Cum-

Special Judge, Kendrapara by Order dtd. 24.06.2022 in G.R. Case No.46 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the age of the petitioner No.1. (78) and that of the petitioner No.2 (55) and they being father-in-law and mother-in-law of the victim and the charge-sheet having been filed inter alia under Section-306, I.P.C, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 6.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
