The secured creditor is seeking a direction to the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Khurda for deciding the pending application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 within a timeline in view of considerable delay already.

Mr. Samantaray upon instructions from the Officer concerned states that the aforesaid application shall be positively decided within next four weeks.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as not pressed.
