1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-2 Series) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Keonjhar and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as the Opposite Party Nos.5 to 13 and after giving them a hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 19th September, 2022 and the copy of the order be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view on merits.
