Since the contract period has already been over, the writ petition has become infructuous by efflux of time. 3.

Though the petitioner claimed for refund the EMD amount, work bill and additional performance security deposit etc., it is open to the petitioner to pursue its remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the DTCN/agreement executed between the parties.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
