This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with C.T. Case No. 124 of 2022 arising out of Kesinga P.S. Case No. 128 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned J.M.F.C., Kesinga for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-379/411/34 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna by Order dtd. 27.06.2022 in B.A. No. 208 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned

Court in seisin over the matter including the additional stipulation that the petitioner shall appear once in seven days before the jurisdictional Police Station till submissions of Final Form. 6.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
