1. It appears that against the same common impugned judgment, Writ Appeal Nos. 424, 428, 429, 432 and 487 of 2017 were filed which was disposed of by the Division Bench by a common order dated 22nd February, 2019 affirming the order of the learned Single Judge but issued a direction to the Respondent Koraput Municipality to consider the case of the Appellants in terms of the direction issued by the learned Single Judge within a period of four months from that date.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Koraput Municipality informs the Court that the present six Appellants cases have also been considered and there have been subsequent writ petitions filed by the same Appellants aggrieved by non-allotment of shops.

3. In that view of the matter, the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge appears to have already been worked out. Consequently, it calls for no interference. The writ appeal is disposed of.
